Crest Garden goes mobile

Crest Garden has taken to the road with a mobile showroom visiting garden centres to demonstrate and display Kent & Stowe tools and the Flopro watering range. 

During the first two weeks of operation, 85% of all centres visited placed orders for the new ranges which were introduced to the market for the 2015 season.

Commenting on the success of the venture, Andy Abraham, Sales Director said “The response from retailers has been tremendous. The mobile showroom provides the opportunity for all the staff involved to handle the products and feel the quality. Such was the demand that we extended the operation to a full six days a week."

Kent and Stowe is a complete range of digging, cutting and cultivation tools. The products have been designed in the UK with the aim of improving strength, functionality, cosmetic appeal and comfort.

The range includes the innovative Secateurs Station which allows gardeners to select the right product for their particular needs. The digging and cultivation tools are available in carbon steel and stainless steel and carry the K&S crest reinforcing the brand’s slogan ‘Built on tradition, crafted for life’. 

Flopro is an innovative new range of watering hoses, carts and accessories. Using the finest materials and cutting-edge technology, the brand combines ergonomic styling with fresh colours, offering a truly alternative range to the market.

With competitive pricing backed by impactful POS and merchandising, Flopro is reinvigorating the watering category and driving new sales at all price points.
