The two hit it off straight away and are an unbeatable managerial strike force. Mandy has taken the portfolio of media platforms from strength to strength and her keen eye for talent has been a huge asset to the business. Always willing to train and nurture her team being a true testament to the success she has achieved.<br /> <br />When deadlines are missed, the witch in her has been known to be summoned and she doesn't hesitate to cast a spell on anyone who hasn't chased their copy.
