Set in Surrey this family run independent garden centre has a strong tradition of quality plant retailing and are seeking an experienced Plantarea Manager who can continue to keep their plantarea well stocked and offer customers a personal and professional service including plant advice.
Are you a highly motivated individual who can manage a Plant Area, buy stock and give an unrivalled level of customer service? Can you drive sales and maintain a very high retail standard, whilst at the same time provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations?
The Candidate
You will have experience of working in a Plantarea, ideally at management level.
You will be able to monitor sales performance and the profitability of the department, buy and merchandising accordingly.
You will have a great eye for detail in terms of, standards, presentation and visual merchandising.
You will have a proven track record in managing and developing a team.
