Onion sets, garlic bulbs and shallots sales hot up
Onion sets, garlic bulbs and shallots sales have really hotted up this week as serious gardeners take advantage of the mild start to the year to get growing.
Sales of seed potatoes have started to increase too. Taylors have 18 out of the Top 20 lines in this week’s GTN Bestsellers Veg-2-Gro Chart.
Some of the star performers this week include:
- Taylors Onion Sets Stuttgarter stays as themNo 1 Veg-2-Gro Bestseller for another week.
- Taylors Shallots Picasso are the highest chart climbers, up 18 places to No 10.
- Thompson & Morgan Pea Terrain is the highest chart new entry at No 15.
