To honour the famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show and its 100th anniversary, London restaurant Le Cercle has created an inventive 5 course menu inspired by the vibrant horticultural displays and showcasing the very best of Spring ingredients.
The French restaurant will treat gardening enthusiasts from the 21st May 2013 with a blooming tasting menu at £39.50.
Mike Gray, Head Chef, says: “As a neighbour of the London's Royal Hospital Gardens, Le Cercle has always been a popular stop for visitors. This year, we combined seasonal food such as asparagus, and flowers to create a hearty floral themed meal.”
A selection of fragrant wines has also been chosen to accompany each dish.
