Christine Walkden joins Baby Bio Outdoor on roadshow

Christine Walkden and Baby Bio Outdoor are taking to the road, visiting Wyevale Garden Centres across the country to help gardeners grow bigger, better blooms.

A regular on BBC One’s The One Show, Christine Walkden has been a horticulturalist since the age of ten, when she got an allotment and started growing vegetables and flowers.  She’s been gardening for 50 years and has gathered plenty of trusty, practical tips.

Teaming up with Baby Bio Outdoor, she’s going to give practical demonstrations and share some of her best tips for growing big beautiful blooms and bountiful crops.  From teacups to containers, Christine will show visitors how to get great results in every space.

“Plants need food to really thrive but lots of people are unsure about what to feed and when,” explained Christina Bouzala, Bayer Garden’s Group Brand Manager.

“But just a small change can make a big blooming difference, which is why we are enlisting Christine’s help to get people to take the Baby Bio Big Boost Challenge.  Add 10ml of Baby Bio Outdoor to the watering can and you’ll see results in just seven days; plants will be bigger, brighter, and healthier and with a little more time you’ll get up to 70%* more flowers or 35%** more fruit and vegetables.

“Everyone knows and loves Christine.  Her passion for plants shines through and her no nonsense style makes it easy for everyone to find out how to get bigger, better results.  If visitors to Wyevale Garden Centres combine the Baby Bio Big Boost with Christine’s know how they’ll get great results this summer.”

A spokesperson from Wyevale Garden Centres explained: “We’re always looking for ways to help our visitors have beautiful, colourful gardens.  By welcoming Christine and Baby Bio® into our centres to give practical demonstrations, we’re doing exactly that.  Christine’s great fun and will get people wanting to have a go and if they leave equipped with her top tips and a great plant food they’ll quickly see great results in their garden.”

Christine Walkden and Baby Bio Outdoor will be visiting:
  • Cardiff, a Wyevale garden centre on 9 April, 11am to 1pm
  • Cadbury, a Wyevale garden centre on 9 April, 3pm to 5pm
  • Bicester, a Wyevale garden centre on 10 April, 10.30am to 12.30pm
  • World’s End, a Wyevale garden centre on 10 April, 2.30 pm to 4.30pm
  • Percy Thrower’s, a Wyevale garden centre on 16 April, 11am to 1pm
  • Bridgemere, a Wyevale garden centre on 16 April, 3pm to 5pm
Baby Bio Outdoor has all the nutrients plants need and its unique formulation, which contains biostimulants, means plants can take them up and use them to the absolute max.

To help people realise the full potential of their plants Baby Bio has launched the Big Boost Challenge. Consumers who take up the Challenge will see results after just one week:
  • In 7 days plants will have healthier, greener leaves.
  • Within 4 weeks the plants will be bigger with stronger roots for better growth.]
  • There will be amazing results in 6 weeks, plants producing up to 70%* more flowers.
  • Flowers will last longer, plants blooming throughout the season.
