 Europlanters have introduced two new and exciting products for the garden retail sector. The Smart Valve is the watering system with no need for batteries or mains supply!
This is a patented sensor-transducer valve based on a unique polymer material. It allows any user to set up a maintenance free system for watering trays and pots. The Smart Valve is activated by a moisture and humidity sensor which regulates the flow of water to plants. It has an adjustable depth regulator which gives growers great flexibility to vary water reservoir volumes to best suit both season and plant species.
Multiple Pot Self-Watering System
It can be used with any size tray to set up a multiple pot self-watering system and is ideal for mixed trays of plants with different watering needs, removing any risk of over or under-watering plants. As the plants roots do not sit permanently in water the Smart valve also eliminates the risk of root rot.
Smart Slice Sustains Plant Health
The second new product from Europlanters is the Smart Slice which absorbs an amazing amount of water or liquid feed making it a slice of refreshment for your plants!
The Smart Slice is a user friendly, controlled release reservoir which will sustain plants in a healthy condition for weeks, with no need for watering. When dry it has the appearance of a small cylinder 10mm in depth and 58mm in diameter, but when immersed in water or liquid feed it expands and absorbs amazing volumes of liquid.
Hanging Baskets & Pot Plants
The Smart slice can be used in hanging baskets, flower tower pouches, pot plants, tubs etc. Can be used indoors or outside, they can be topped up at any time by watering or rainfall.
