FleishmanHillard Fishburn wins brand work for Gardena

FleishmanHillard Fishburn’s Brand Marketing team has been appointed by the world’s largest producer of outdoor power products, the Husqvarna Group, as its UK agency for Gardena, after a competitive pitch. FleishmanHillard Fishburn has been tasked to raise awareness of the Gardena brand in the UK. The team will highlight Gardena’s strong European credentials to position the brand as the leading experts in garden maintenance and ‘must have’ products for British gardens, tapping into both the rural and urban gardener communities. The London-based agency will embark on an integrated communications programme, incorporating a mix of on and offline media exposure to reach both audiences. Lauren Winter, Director and Brand lead, said “Brits are known as a nation of gardeners and Gardena has an innovative product range no matter the size of your patch. We will be partnering with iconic institutions and showcasing the brand at key gardening events throughout the year to get everyone in the UK pruning as well as our European neighbours.” FleishmanHillard Fishburn will be working closely with FleishmanHillard’s German team in Frankfurt, who also work with Gardena, to run complementary programmes across both markets.
