To take full day to day responsibility for running a family owned two unit catering/retail/ destination business – Brechin Castle Garden Centre and Peggy Scotts Restaurant - jointly turning over in excess of £3m with 90 full and part time staff.
This is a senior management position requiring a relevant qualification and experience at senior level in both retail and catering. Skills will include staff leadership, financial disciplines, retail buying including plants, an eye for detail, exceptional standards of tidiness and a strong work ethic. An appetite to expand and diversify the business is also desirable.
The package will reflect skills and experience and will include competitive salary, pension scheme, and company car with accommodation option if required.
